Product Description
SmartSole Anti-Cellulite Insoles help to reduce cellulite, tone muscles,
increase circulation, improve posture, reduce lower back pain, strengthen
joints and diminish spider/varicose veins. SmartSole is a ¾ insole
and presently available in one size. (fits womens sizes 6-9)
Indications
This product should be used to tone muscles, help reduce cellulite, increase
circulation, reduce back pain, improve posture, strengthen joints and
help reduce spider veins and varicose veins.
Directions
When do you wear your SmartSole insoles? Always! Slip your SmartSoles
into your everyday shoes or sneakers and start feeling the benefits immediately.
SmartSoles fit easily in most shoes. Some sneakers already have built
up insoles in them, so you may want to remove that insole before placing
your SmartSoles in your sneakers. Place the SmartSole insole in your shoe/sneaker
so that the heel of the insole is pressed against the back of the shoe.
How do you walk/run in my SmartSoles? Press down with your heel against
the visco-gel insert first, and then roll through the mid-foot to the
front of your foot. Initially you may need to concentrate on this walking
pattern. Soon you will unconsciously adopt this gait, and walk this way
even if you are not wearing your SmartSoles.
